ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced & driven Marketing Communications Specialist to implement the Retail Communications Strategy of Lotte Duty Free Oceania. This role will be responsible for the successful management, planning and implementation of the company’s marketing and promotions program.
You will have an ongoing responsibility to understand and deliver on the strategic and tactical marketing objectives (KPIs) of the business.
This is a position where you get to use your creative flair combined with your commercial acumen. Additionally, the role will contribute to the ongoing success of the business with recommendations to improve marketing operations and driving locally focused marketing initiatives.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution to meet key performance metrics, ensuring effective planning and execution
- Review and analyse customer data to maximize future marketing performances
- Breakdown target segmentation and define priorities, exploring new market opportunities
- Investigate and share competitor activities
- Allocate and adhere to budgets & analyse/recommend modifications to ad spends
- Manage external VM/media agencies, overseeing the formulation and implementation of retail marketing campaigns aligned with the Marketing Plan
- Develop and manage promotional calendars
- Prepare communication briefs for in-house creative and external printing agencies
- Briefing, coordination and production of communications materials
ABOUT YOU
- 3+ Years’ experience with the design & implementation of retail marketing campaigns including both offline and online channels
- Strong offline marketing performance records, from traffic growth to conversion enhancement
- Comprehensive understanding in the concept and tools of data driven marketing
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Zoom, and Webex
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital channels, including online, social, and mobile platforms, with a focus on leveraging them for marketing purposes
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Presentation & organizational skills to convey key findings to various stakeholders
- Chinese language skills essential
