Description and Requirements
Job Objective
This is a global role with a primary focus on acting as strategic partner to the WW Director of Lenovo Global Financial Services, supporting them in the design, execution and ongoing measurement of the organisation's strategy. The Chief of Staff acts as a bridge between the Senior Leadership team and the organization's core staff to ensure each function of LGFS has the tools, training and support to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers. The role will be responsible for managing key operational positions within the organization including Sales Support, developing, coaching and supporting their direct reports in line with Lenovo's leadership and culture best practices. Working closely with the LGFS leadership and organization SMEs, the role will also oversee people-related activities across the team, including staff onboarding and annual workforce planning to ensure LGFS' current and future capabilities position the organization as a critical function of Lenovo's transformation strategy.
