This newly created role of COO is a senior role that operates as 2IC to the Managing Director and works closely with the Executive.The role has a defined career path for the future.The Role
The COO oversees the entire operations, supporting the business growth objectives. A dynamic and hands on environment you will lead the team, generate exceptional quality and high yielding produce, plus manage all matters planning and scheduling, human resource, data analysis, financial management, health and safety, and compliance.Importantly, once you establish your knowledge, control and understanding as COO, you will transition to greater responsibility for the greater business.The Person
