Full Time Permanent Position

Band 4 - Salary Range $70,018 to $74,233 per annum + 11% Super + RDO

Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience.

The Opportunity

Our Child, Family and Youth Services team deliver a variety of service and programs to improve the health, development and wellbeing outcomes for the community. The team are seeking a highly motivated self-starter who has strong administrative, project and people skills and experience to support a fast-paced high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Child, Family and Youth Services team through the provision of administrative support in the areas of compliance, bookings and payments, planning, reporting and project delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and meet privacy standards while delivering a wide range of information, projects and reports.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met in relation to emergency planning, safety and security.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Post-secondary qualification in administration or related and/or some experience in a project role.
  • Experience in Harmony and City Manager programs preferable.
  • Highly developed computer skills and experience with the operation of a variety of Windows based applications and databases.
  • Current valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check.
