Specialised Plumbing & Drainage is a growing plumbing business located in Sunbury, a young and vibrant business expanding rapidly within the construction industry. We require a Coordinator to support the company in moving forward. Previous experience within the plumbing industry is an advantage.
About the role:
This position will be responsible for supporting the business in the capacity of bookings and job preparation. Key duties include but are not limited to;
- Answering booking calls and emails.
- Assisting in admin and office support as directed by Administration Supervisor.
- Preparing jobs for the tradesman to commence
- Assisting the estimation department with any tasks they require to be completed.
- Creating job folders and paperwork for next day plumbing jobs.
- Handing all plumbing bookings and associated enquiries.
- Scheduling plumbers daily job run sheet
- Liaising with various water boards to schedule plumbing inspections.
- Applying for permits
- Ordering material
- Making sure all tools and anything for the job is prepared.
- Implement and drive on Quality Assurance reports
- Following up and ensuring employees are clocking in/out for their shifts
