The role of an Early Childhood Educator is:

• To support quality learning outcomes for children.
• To develop and maintain strong relationships between educators, families and children.
• Develop and deliver an inquiry-based program that is linked to the curriculum that fosters children's learning and development.
• Embed and comply with all regulations, including South St.ELC's policies and procedures

To be considered, you must have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards a qualification. Trainees are welcome.
• A current WWCC
• A positive attitude and passionate approach
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework. Training ongoing professional development provided.
• Evidence of your Covid -19 vaccination status
