The role of an Early Childhood Educator is:
- To support quality learning outcomes for children.
- To develop and maintain strong relationships between educators, families and children.
- Develop and deliver an inquiry-based program that is linked to the curriculum that fosters children's learning and development.
- Embed and comply with all regulations, including South St.ELC's policies and procedures
To be considered, you must have:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards a qualification. Trainees are welcome.
- A current WWCC
- A positive attitude and passionate approach
- Sound knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework. Training ongoing professional development provided.
- Evidence of your Covid -19 vaccination status
