As our Check-out CA, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our chiropractic office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Answering phone calls and taking appointments.
Taking payment's and managing accounts.
Assisting with practice marketing, promotion and social media.
Planning and coordinating workshops.
Collection of office metrics and data.
Weekly training and able to travel to interstate seminars twice a year.
Work and develop alongside our passionate Chiropractors.
Your skills and experience;
Experience in allied health, reception or retail is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for organization.
A quick learner with awesome computer skills.
A desire to grow professionally and personally.
The clinic hours range from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm weekdays. The role will suit someone who has the flexibility to work different shifts within these hours.
