At Be Better Chiropractic, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our community. We seek a friendly, energetic, and engaging person to join our team at the front desk. This role involves job-sharing with another Receptionist with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and making phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Greeting patients
- Taking payments and processing.
- Liaising with Medicare, HICAPS, Private Health Funds, NDIS, TAC, and Workcover
- Managing bookings for multiple types of appointments
- Basic administration, general duties and cleaning
- General management of social media
Requirements:
- Has some knowledge of Chiropractic Care
- Previous healthcare admin experience - preferred
- Social media marketing experience - preferred
- Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Honest team player with flexibility in working hours
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to use structured systems and procedures
- Experience with Workers Comp and Allied Health beneficial
