About the role:
As a valued member of our team, you will support the Operations team with general administration.
Due to our incredible growth, we are on the lookout for a quick-thinking and enthusiastic Junior Administration Assistant.
This is an office-based role, located at our Head Office in Pakenham.
Main duties include (but are not limited to);
- General administration duties
- Assisting with the management of our PMS (Practice Management System)
- Being an organizational extraordinaire, keeping our internal company drives relevant and tidy (SharePoint)
- Creating and compiling reports
- Assisting the Management Team
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
Training and ongoing support from the Operations team will be provided.
About you:
You are a motivated organizer with a keen eye for detail, open to learning new things and comfortable with new software and technologies.
Administration experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the successful candidate. A positive and can-do attitude is a must!
The successful candidate will possess:
- Exceptional attention to detail and personal presentation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong willingness to learn, showing initiative and independence
- A positive “team player” attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
This role will initially be a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time in the future. Days and hours required are flexible, however, Fridays are mandatory.
