The role of the Chiropractic Assistant is responsible for support and coordination of daily duties mainly in relation to the Chiropractic function to ensure all needs are met through efficient client management and by creating a warm and friendly environment.
1. Monitoring incoming client flow and provision of superior customer service.
2. Answering phone queries for multiple clinics, making appointments, taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, performing client bring ups as required and logging notes of calls in client files.
3. Data entry of appointments, client records, updates, member discussions.
4. Processing of member fees including Medicare TCA rebates, HICAPS processing, EFTPOS and cash payments.
5. Working as part of a team and supporting the office vision and environment.
6. Prepare client accounts, receipts, statements and maintenance of records including patient files.
7. Open and prepare the office for daily set-up as required, as well as closing of the office as required, by completing deputy checklists.
8. Upkeep of the tidy reception area and surrounding Chiropractic areas. This includes cleaning of adjustment tables daily and as otherwise required, and ensuring the office is generally clean, presentable and well maintained at all times.
9. Efficiently complete tasks as outlined in daily checklist, and any further issues noted by other staff on task sheet as set out on reception.

Part Time proposed Hours:
Wednesday 1.30pm-7pm
Thursday: 7.45am - 11.30am
Friday: 1.30pm-6.30pm
Saturday: 7.15am-11.30am (Alternate or 1work 1 every 3 weeks)
