We are a well-established Chiropractic clinic located in Shailer Park looking for an individual to join our team of Chiropractic Assistants. We are seeking someone who is passionate about health and wellness as well as office duties.
We require the successful applicant to be a reliable team player, with a bubbly and energetic personality. Be hard working, focussed and show great attention to detail. Be ready to learn and grow with in this role. Be passionate about helping patients towards their health goals.
In this role your responsibilities will include:
General administration duties
Answering phone calls and email communications.
End of shift balancing and reporting.
Scheduling patient appointments.
Taking payments.
Assisting the Chiropractor.
This position will be approximately 35 hours per week, clinic hours are Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm, hours of work will vary within these times.
Previous experience is an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided. This position is an immediate start.
