We have an opportunity for an experienced Aboriginal Health Worker, Aboriginal Health Practitioner, Nurse, or Allied Health Professional to join our Allied Health team in the West Kimberley.
About the Roles
This important role work with clients, general practitioners, clinic/practice staff and a broad range of other relevant services to provide appropriate multidisciplinary care for people with Chronic Conditions within the West Kimberley region of Western Australia. This includes providing proactive chronic disease education in a way that meets clients’ individual needs to facilitate improved self-management and health outcomes.

• A sound understanding and knowledge of general practice, primary health care and health issues in the Kimberley
• Experience working with Aboriginal communities and working effectively with people with Chronic Conditions.
• A Nursing, Allied Health Professional, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker or Practitioner qualification
• Current AHPRA registration to practice (if required) and WA drivers’ Licence
