We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

• Experienced in large scale Production Support Server Environment
•  Handling Data Center Operations with Business & Mission Critical applications
• Resolving technical issues and analyzing the cause for critical issues.
• Executing changes as per defined process.
• Providing support to customer IT environment throughout.
• Technical Transition & Documentation skills

Technical Skills (Core & Top-Up)

•  Experience in Citrix and Windows System Administration
• Strong knowledge on Citrix Product suites such as Citrix XenApp server, XenDesktop; secure gateway,  Studio, Director,  Storefront etc.
• Good troubleshooting skills in an enterprise wide Citrix Farm and VDI provisioning. (Pooled, dedicated etc.)
• Designing and solutioning Citrix environment.
• Profiling Ex: Appsense or UPM or WEM experience
• Install Configure & Mange Citrix XenApp Servers
• Good Working knowledge on Windows 2012/2016/2019 Servers and Active Directory.
• Planning for Citrix Presentation Server installation
•  Planning for Citrix Presentation Server upgrade/ refresh
•  Planning for Citrix Presentation Server migration.
•  Creating and Upgrading Farms.
• Creating a New Server Farm & joining the existing Farm.
• Upgrading or Migrating an Existing Server Farm
• Additional Considerations for Upgrading and Migration
• Installing the Citrix Feature Packs
•  Installing and configuring Citrix Licensing
• Create & Configure Zones
• Configuring Server Location Settings
• Assigning Server Farm Administrator Credentials
• Provisioning & Decommissioning of Server

Good to Have

• Knowledge on any of monitoring tools like Tivoli Suite, Site scope
•  PowerShell Scripting
• Knowledge on Active Directory & VMware
• CCA Certification
• Application Packaging tools (AppV, MSI, etc.)
• Network basics
• NetScaler – hands-on

Experience in a similar role

• 8+ year of relevant experience.
