About The Role
Reporting to the Principal Engineer, the Civil Designer will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Prepare 3D modelling for earthworks, Roadworks and drainage in 12-D and/or AutoCAD Civil 3-D.
- To apply and establish engineering principles and standards in the design and preparation of drawings for power plants and substations, solar farms, battery storage sites.
- To ensure drawings are comprehensively set out and fully dimensioned with reasonable tolerances to facilitate effective construction using normally available equipment and processes
- To prepare drawings to budgeted hours and timeframes as directed
About You
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification, Diploma status in Engineering and at least five years of industry experience in earthworks, roadworks and drainage design.
- Strong oral & written English language communications skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 12d (or Civil 3D), 12d and Drains transfer data, 12d Road design horizontal and verical alignments.
