CompanyIEPro are currently working with a Civil Contractor who are looking for a CQR to join their team on a TMR project in Toowoomba. They are a well respected and locally-owned company who provide a dynamic and innovative asphalting service with expertise in civil infrastructure, road construction, bridgeworks, and earthworks.

Responsibilities 

• Comprehend and implement requirements of the Quality Management System.
• Execute Systems Quality Procedures effectively.
• Ensure construction activities adhere to the Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Maintain documentation and traceability of construction Lots in accordance with the Quality Management Plan.
• Identify and rectify non-conforming products as per the QMP.
• Communicate with client representatives regarding quality matters and approvals.
• Review completed NCRs, including corrective and preventative actions, and oversee closure.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure comprehensive documentation of quality processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Engineer on TMR projects
• Solid background in quality assurance
• Thorough understanding of TMR Policies & Procedures
• Ability to manage progress claims for TMR jobs
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
