Civil Supervisor
- Salary + Superannuation + Allowances + Annual Review.
- Currently in start-up mode in SA, this will be a hands-on role taking ownership of delivering projects in SA, with the possibility of gap projects in Vic/NSW.

About the role
Your well-rounded knowledge of civil construction will see you taking ownership to achieve quality works, on time and on budget, with daily interaction with clients. You will have a strong track record of project delivery as an accomplished Foreman or Supervisor. Some overnight travel will be required at times, in the performance of duties.
Duties
- All Supervisor preliminary tasks (i.e. set up projects, communications, service locations/lowering, notifications, pre-ordering, logistics)
- Management of project delivery at outcomes (Program, Cost, Quality, Safety)
- Escalation of significant issues to SA Regional Engineer
- Manage client relationship throughout project/s
- Awareness of job scope and contractual issues
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction preferably with an exposure to stabilisation and road rehabilitation practice
- Respected leader (Senior Foreman/Supervisor)
- Organised, good communicator and diligent with paperwork
- Training certificates in support of application considered favourably
