About the role
- We are seeking motivated, reliable, and caring people to join our Claims Administration team.

- This role is varied and can include lodging and managing claims, liaising with Insureds, Insurers, colleagues, and contractors. Every day will be different, and you will be well supported with training provided and your team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Assist customers in a time of need with empathy and kindness.
- Lodgement and triaging of claims.
- Proactively manage claims delivering quality customer service.
- Being on the telephone with inbound and outbound calls throughout the day and assisting in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Accurately and efficiently assess what needs to happen next and who to appoint at all times.
- Interact professionally with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Being considerate of others at all times.
- Participate in training and upskilling to build capability within yourself and your team.
About you
- You will be enthusiastic to learn, happy to pick up the phone, and have a great attitude.
- Have the ability to work diligently.
- May have experience in providing an outstanding customer service or can be new to the industry with the right attitude.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Computer literate.
