With many years of industry experience, a talented and capable growing team, and a global business reach, they have a newly created position for a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business presence in the market with a key focus of Digital Optimisation and Design. You will play a key role in ensuring the brand is represented accurately and in the most accessible way across digital touchpoints.

Your daily duties will include:
- Work with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager alongside the wider team providing hands-on support and management for Communications and Marketing strategy
- Own the Digital assets including the Website, and Social Media channels to provide content and updates for investors
- Work on improving the User Experience and Performance Metrics across all digital touchpoints including Website, UX, SEO/SEM, Database, Direct Mail, Social Media and Digital Advertising performance
- Provide input on Google Analytics, SEM, Social Media, Marketing Automation, CRM User Segmentation & Website CMS
- Track, analyse, and report on performance insights for channels (website/socials) and campaigns
- Content support, input and direction for commutations products such as investor updates or thought leadership on the website
- Work with external agencies to deliver high quality products such as design and creative agencies, video production, digital and web production
- Other administrative and general marketing duties as required
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- 2-3 + years’ experience in a similar Marketing role required, within a professional environment
- Passionate about Digital Marketing, curious and keen to test and improve the way things are done!
- Industry experience in Property, Financial Services, Professional Services or similar is a bonus
- Tertiary degree in Marketing, Digital, Communications or other
- Agency-side experience gaining digital experience beneficial!
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is highly regarded
- Website Management/Updating experience, CRM experience (Salesforce) or similar, and copywriting experience*
- Team Player with ability to work collaboratively or autonomously
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
