The RoleMy client is currently seeking to employ a Claims Assessor to manage a portfolio of end-to-end claims.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining a portfolio of accident and health/ personal accident claims
- Negotiating with third parties and service providers, and ensuring successful outcomes for all stakeholders
- Providing support and advice to policyholders
- Liaising with stakeholders when necessary
- Ad hoc administration as required
- Work from the Sydney or Perth office, with 2 days work from home

- Competitive salary of between $70,000- $90,000 based on experience.
- Insurance claims experience or experience working with either Accident and Health, Personal Accident or Health Fund claims
- Excellent attention to detail- high level of accuracy in applying claim calculations, claim excesses and policy limits
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
- A true team player who is adaptable when speaking with different stakeholders.
