The Position:
- Managing and assessing a portfolio of retail claims end to end (IP, Trauma and TPD) - both physical and psychological
- Day to day Liaison with doctors, rehabilitation providers and advisers
- Initiating claims investigations
- Requesting medical and financial information
About You:
Currently you will be working as an end-to-end assessor, managing your own portfolio of claims.
- Experience managing a case load of ideally Life- can come from group or retail- TPD experience is a must
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Making claim decisions according to your authority level
- A passion for customer service and really making a difference in people's lives.
- A fun personality, the teams are very tight-knit and love to have a laugh in the office.
- Most importantly, an interest in pursuing a career in the Life Insurance field.
