What will you be doing?- Offer efficient management for a portfolio of Accident and Sickness Claims
- Provide timely and compliant management of Claims Administration, coordinate appointments, and liaise with brokers
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, prioritising customer service excellence
What do you need?- Previous experience as a Claims Assessor, ideally from an accident and health, income protection or travel environment
- Experience in a customer service role and the ability to engage with varied stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
