The role would be ideal for someone with 1-2 years experience in insurance that is interested in more then just claims! Whilst the main focus of the role will be handling a portfolio of claims across GI products, there is also room for you to be involved in other areas of the business across admin, broking or project style work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end, in a fast-paced environment
- Evaluate and conduct thorough investigations of new claims to establish validity
- Ensure claims are processed within given time frames to ensure compliance with our service standard
- Liaise with national stakeholders to complete thorough investigation
- Data analysis, reporting and administrative support
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve KPI’s
- Prior claims experience highly regarded
- Proven Customer Service professional with extensive administration experience
- Able to remain calm under pressure and work through complex issues
- Go-getter attitude and can make things happen quickly
- Customer-centric mindset with a desire to provide an outstanding customer experience with empathy and ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Confident decision maker with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong negotiator with an ability to manage conflict
