What your new job looks like
As a Claims Consultant you will work within our WA Claims Team focusing on end-to-end claims management, driving outstanding customer experience and delivering market leading claims service through quality technical response.
The position is diverse, and includes the following key elements:
- Manage a portfolio of strata claims within agreed timeframes
- Ensure the delivery of a "Concierge" claims service on every claim
- Ensure regular and accurate reporting is provided to the Claims Managers
- Assist with overflow of claims matters from other branches (which may occur in circumstances such as CAT)
- Providing risk insights and guidance to the Underwriting team
We'd love to meet you
Especially if you can talk to us about your:
- Minimum 2 years property claims experience, preferably strata
- Sound working knowledge of claims operations and understanding of quality service standards
- Strong problem solving and ability to think analytically
- Comprehensive experience in dealing with loss adjusters, repairers, brokers, strata managers etc
- Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills
- ANZIIF Cert IV or equivalent (or working towards), desirable but not essential
Please note - you will need to reside in WA for this position and be able to attend our Perth based office x 1 day per week.
