The Role:
Due to continued growth; we are seeking a dedicated Claims Consultant to join the team in Midland on a full-time basis.
This role will entail the following:
- Overseeing the lodgment, policy coverage negotiation, and resolution of insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Excellent communication is a must! Ensuring the client is kept up to date on the progression of their claim.
- Work effectively in the team environment, collaborating with peers and sharing knowledge & skills to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Managing own daily workflow and work towards achieving SLA’s and KPI’s.
About You:
- 3+ years experience in a claims role
- Experience across commercial property & motor is a must!
- Knowledge of relevant insurance industry principles and regulatory requirements
- The ability to build & maintain strong relationships across a range of internal stakeholders.
