Assist customers with the lodgement, assessment and settlement of motor insurance claims

This large insurance organisation with well-known and reputable brands are seeking Claims Consultants who share the same values in customer service to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your new role
While handling enquiries, informing customers on the progression of insurance claims and keeping accurate records. Your duties will include but not limited to:
Lodgement, assessment and settlement of claims determining policy coverage
Investigate, assess and negotiate cases on an individual base
Liaising with internal and external parties throughout the investigation of the claim
Working to meet set key performance indicators
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a genuine interested in helping people with the confidence to make decisions that are line with policies. Key skills you will bring to this role to handle claims efficiently include:
Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with third parties
Good communication and negotiation skills
High attention to detail
Strong time management
confident computer skills
These roles will be initially for 3 months with potential for extension.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be working from and provided classroom style training along with ongoing support. You will be working 38hrs a week, between 8.00am – 6.00pm working Monday through to Friday.
