We are looking for an experienced Claims Manager to manage employee’s Worker’s Compensation claims for work-related injuries or illnesses.
About the team
Our Insurance branch works together to effectively manage insurance risk through the City's Insurance portfolio which includes General Insurance and Workers' Compensation. In addition, we oversee the management of the City of Gold Coast Insurance Company Limited, our Captive Insurance company. Our team works together to carry out the self-insurance function of workers’ compensation for the City.
About your new role
In this role, you will review and manage employee’s Worker’s Compensation claims for work-related injuries or illnesses. Working within a high performing, customer-centric team you will be responsible for end-to-end claims management including claim determination.
