As a member of the GJK Facility Services team, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive and friendly group of professionals who take pride in their work.
We are looking for a Training Manager to join our team in contract team based at our Camperdown, NSW university location.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will deliver practical hands-on cleaning skills based and customer service in contract training for our dedicated in contact cleaning team.
You will be a positive, passionate qualified trainer assessor who will be dedicated to upskilling our already experienced cleaning team.
Essential Requirements:
- Hold TAE40116 or TAE40122 Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Hold the qualifications and/or units of competency in which you train and assess (Cleaning)
- Exposure to WorkSafe and HSEQ practices
- First Aid, LVR/CPR desired not essential
What You will Bring To The Team:
You are a talented, positive and passionate Trainer who enjoys training and engaging with a broad group of people.
- Ability to build rapport with the cleaning team and go that extra mile to assist them
- Manage the RTO and Traineeship program
- Work well in a team environment
- Able and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment with changing needs
- Good time management
- Support cleaners to succeed in their course, whilst ensuring you maintain high standards of training and assessment
- Accurately complete all training and assessment documents
