The role
We currently have an amazing opportunity available for an L2 IT Support Officer / Engineer to join our team & provide support to our managed clients.
To be successful in this role, you will require knowledge and experience in the installation, support and maintenance of small to medium business networks, cloud services and an understanding of managed service providers.
Skills & experience
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights - this is a MUST, and we will not be reviewing applications without this requirement
- Current valid Australian drivers licence
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Ability to learn rapidly to acquire further experience in the installation, support, maintenance and administration of Operating Systems, Servers, Databases and Application Software
- Experience working with Microsoft Product Range (workstation and server software)
- Cloud Technologies experience (Microsoft 365, Terminal Services, File-Sync Tools)
- Previous IT helpdesk experience is preferred
