Our clients are not-at-fault drivers who have been in a motor vehicle accident. They’ve just been through an incredibly stressful experience, and now need to figure out how to get a replacement vehicle while theirs is being fixed, deal with insurance companies and they have no idea where to begin.
That’s where we come in! We put our clients in a replacement vehicle and work with them, insurers, and repairers taking the hassle out of it for our clients.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our fun and supportive Claims team who provide exceptional service to our clients in their time of need.
You will manage a portfolio of repair and hire claims, validating them and tracking their progress. No two files are the same, so you’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure we have all the required documents and information throughout the hire term.
Responsibilities
- Manage a varied portfolio of repair and hire car claims
- Engage with clients insurance companies and repairers to progress claims and ensure that Movigo is informed of the claims progress and maintain details to enable recovery on all claims
- Accurately assess files to ensure each claim will be recoverable at the end of the hire period
- Being a key decision maker for a claim to ensure they are set up for success by gathering and interpreting relevant information and documentation to form an appropriate claim strategy
- Manage timelines and ensure that all hire documentation is completed, decisions and actions are made in a timely fashion
- Take inbound calls to manage enquiries and support stakeholders
About You
You are a positive, down to earth, and collaborative team player who enjoys working with people and solving problems. You have great attention to detail, an investigative mind and the ability to think on your feet. Most importantly, you’ll be happy to ask a lot of questions, continuously learn and share our passion for helping others.
Your experience will include demonstrated resilience and empathy in dealing with complex situations and clients that are going through stressful situations, working with systems, software and reporting tools and exposure to insurance.
