Culture and Benefits Perth Airport location (Free Parking) Australia’s largest privately owned Transport Company Attractive team benefits, stability, and exciting national growth opportunities RIPPA values-driven company with a serious safety culture Career development with extraordinary opportunities on a national scale Employee Wellness Programs where employee health and wellbeing are put first Fast growing organisation, excellent training, progression, and support Tasks & Responsibilities Manage Centurion’s Motor Vehicle insurance claims from inception through to finalisation Registering and evaluating claims Liaising with internal staff, clients and third parties to ensure prompt settlement of claims Negotiate insurance claims and disputes with customers Responding to enquiries from brokers, loss adjusters, customers and suppliers Manage cost recovery against external parties where claims thresholds not met Assist Finance with settlement process, create purchase orders and seek approvals Maintaining the claims follow up system Documenting the closure of cases Attending and contributing to team meetings Skills & Experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to collaborate and engage meaningfully with internal and external stakeholders Tertiary qualifications and/or ANZIIF qualifications are highly regarded but not essential Demonstrated experience in end-to-end claims management Who is Centurion?
