Part Time - Usually Monday & Thursday 7am - 9am shifts.

Casual availability for additional shifts where available.

The Role

We are looking for experienced Cleaners in the Hawthorn area that are highly motivated, passionate and results driven for smaller individual retailer sites as well as within medium to large retail shopping centres. The purpose of the role is to deliver a high standard of cleaning, hygiene, and presentation with excellent customer service & standards.

• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a professional manner.
• Proven history of excelling within a dynamic team environment and the ability to work autonomously.
• A proven eye for detail & accuracy.
• Strong time management skills.
• Delivery of five-star customer service and standards.

• A great ability to work and be part of the team.
• Experience in cleaning is highly desirable.

Skills and Experience

• Be able to work unsupervised.
• Be able to work both at an individual retailer's site as well as in a fast paced and busy Shopping Centre
• Experience working in Retailer/Shopping Centre cleaning teams. (Further training will be given to the successful candidate).
• Good understanding of Environmental Health & safety management also a commitment to safe working practices.
• Machinery experience ideal (scrubbing)
• Ability to work flexible hours and public holidays.

This position will be based on award wages and applicants should be available for an immediate start. You may be required to work flexible hours at times, including weekends in accordance with business and client requirements.
