Invoicing Accounts Receivable

LGC Traffic Management is excited to be on the scout for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Accounts team.

LGC Traffic Management is a leader within the Traffic Management space in Western Australia with our head office located in Midvale Western Australia. 

The Role

Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a motivated Invoice Officer to join our Accounts Team. You will be reporting into the CFO and will receive continuous training and support. We do require you to be onsite in our head office in Midvale and flexible hours are available for suitable candidates (including school hours).

Duties

• Reconciliation and creation of customer invoices/statements
• Attending to internal/external accounts queries
• Email communication with clients
• Involvement in the end of month processes
   

Essential Requirements

• Experience with XERO
• High attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proven ability to work well both autonomously and within a team
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Desirable

• Experience with Traffio and Employment Hero
• Experience in the Traffic Management industry
• Experience with SAP and Ariba
