The Role:

As a Cleaning team member with Balmoral Services Group, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while delivering exceptional customer service. Multiple Part-Time & Casual roles are available across Afternoons, Nights, and Weekends.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in communicating via a 2-way radio
• Ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment
• Meet cleaning rotation times and maintain a good understanding of Environmental Health & Safety management
• Experience working in medium to large site cleaning teams is preferred
• Machinery experience (scrubbing, buffing, car park sweeper) is a plus (Further training will be provided)
• Ability to adapt and complete requirements using cloud based systems

This is an immediate start position based on award wages. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, may be required based on business and client needs.
