CMBM Facility Services (Clean, Maintain, Build, Manage) is a well-established Queensland owned and operated Facility Services and Cleaning company, enjoying continued growth throughout the state.
We are looking for a Cleaning Site Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Gladstone at one of our Industrial Sites - need to have experience managing and leading a team, planning rosters and approving timesheets.
Full Time Role - Monday - Friday 6.00 am - 2.00 pm
You will be responsible for overseeing the high level of cleaning provided to the stie whilst leading and supervising your team in this hands-on role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strict compliance with all CMBM and client / site rules, policies and procedures
- Be the first point of contact for our client on site
- Provide and ensure a high standard of all cleaning in and around the site
- Develop a strong working relationship with the Client
- Undertake people management, including training and administration functions
- Manage OH&S compliance and periodical cleaning activities across the site
- Manage the staffing rosters and ensure hours are recorded accurately
- Ensure all tools and procedures are used/followed at all times to ensure consistent quality, and that team members are aware of these processes and trained accordingly
- Implement and monitor continuous improvement systems and processes
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Supervisory experience with the ability to train and lead a team (essential)
- Proven experience in cleaning industry
- Sound understanding of OHS in the workplace preferred
- Exceptional customer service / client focused
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow stringent procedures
