Role Overview:
As a Clerk of Works/Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of our development projects. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for overseeing project sites, collaborating with contractors to ensure smooth progress, risk mitigation, and safeguarding clients interests. Your proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving project success.

- Continual Learning: Stay updated on industry practices and regulations.
The ideal candidate will come from a mix of a head contractor/developer builder background, 5-8 years experience.
Experience across large scaler residential/apartment construction is necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar Clerk of Works or Senior Project Manager role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software
