Ward Clerks ensure that all documentation is filed in inpatients folders and doctors have access to the patients Medical Record. Ward Clerks maintain the computer application WebPAS which documents the patients movements during their stay at the hospital. Ward Clerks also ensure that the patients Medical Record is complied upon discharge and all follow-up appointments are made.This role reports to the Coordinator Ward Clerk Services.What we are looking forWe are seeking highly capable and values-driven individuals to join our dynamic Ward Clerk Services team at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH). Located at the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre 4km from Perth city centre, SCGH provides a comprehensive range of clinical services including trauma, emergency and critical care, orthopaedics, general medicine, general surgery, and cardiac care.
