Client & Office Administration Support
Located in Cobram, we have been providing our expertise and skills to surrounding areas for 30+ years in the highest quality of metal fabrication and manufacturing.
We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude who can work well within a team environment and also have the ability to effectively work independently to join our company as Client & Office Administration Support.
This full-time position is available for immediate start and involves 38 hours per week and may include overtime as required.
For the correct applicant the offered hourly rate is above the average award requirement.
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
- General administrative and office duties.
- Liaising with clients, staff and suppliers.
- Customer Services
- Steel Sales enquiries
- Supporting management with workloads.
- Ensuring all required in-house project information, materials and workflow is complete and up to date daily.
- Entering sales and purchasing orders data.
- Managing customer and supplier accounts.
- Data entry and electronic communications of project updates.
- Assist with accommodation bookings
- Managing work health and safety information relevant to our industry.

- Ability to multi-task various jobs and responsibilities.
- Proficient knowledge and skills in computer programs and software in particular Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Ability to use ERP systems.
- Comprehensive understanding in accounting processes.
Knowledge of the metal industry is preferred and beneficial, but not required.
