About the Role
As a Client Consultant, you will provide financial administration support for a new government scheme. This role will answer questions regarding elements of the scheme and use information provided to process payments.
We are seeking applications from experienced customer service consultants who will be proactive and committed to the success of this program.
Duties
* Create client and supplier records for all new applications in relevant systems
* Complete allocated administrative tasks and activities within required timeframes
* Process payments to suppliers and households
* Where appropriate, liaise with government departments to facilitate appropriate management of applications and accounts
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate:
* Experience in customer service and administration
* Well-developed written and spoken communication skills
* Basic analytical skills and computer literacy including competent use of Microsoft Office
Business administration experience preferably within the financial, legal or disability sectors will help you secure this role.
