Role Overview:
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Client Services, administrative tasks, and receptionist duties within the accounting firm. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
- Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications.
- Assist with ASIC and ATO compliance tasks, including document preparation and filing.
- Manage administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area by greeting visitors and managing calls.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and client service delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an accounting firm.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ASIC and ATO compliance processes.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency status is required.
