The Role
We are seeking Client support consultants to provide support to our customers.
The role encompasses phone, chat and administrative support.
This position would ideally suit someone starting out in customer service or wishing to continue their career pathway in customer service.

Duties
Primary responsibilities include:
- Inbound and outbound calls.
- Record keeping through an internal CRM / ticketing system.
