We are in an exciting growth phase and looking for a new addition to our small, but growing team. This role can be Part-Time, or Full-Time.
Life of a Consultant at Positive HR
Our consultants are not deskbound, and are primarily focused on visiting our clients onsite delivering innovative solutions. This role is for someone located in Melbourne and happy to travel to various clients.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you!
- Demonstrated HR experience, ideally in a generalist or consulting role
- Experience in client-facing work would be ideal, but predominantly we are looking for someone who can effectively manage the juggle of service delivery to multiple clients
- Excellent written communication skills, strong verbal and listening skills
- Proactive, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong ability to think on your feet and provide solutions
- Excellent business acumen
- Employment Hero experience is desired, but not essential

The role is to act as change and culture leaders for our clients, to be trusted partners, develop strategy, deliver expert advice and get creative on how we deliver! The position is ideal for someone who enjoys having ownership and responsibility on a number of clients and working in a small team.
Some of what you will do includes:
- Develop diversity and inclusion strategies
- Develop and implement policies
- Be a workforce designer, plan for business growth and change, review internal succession, develop capability frameworks and so much more!
- Provide coaching and expertise to owners, founders, key leaders and present to client Boards
- Manage all people-related matters within your allocated clients
- Lead facilitated workshops on client and employee journeys, implementing SOPs, conducting system reviews
