Role: Client Coordinator

THE ROLE:
As a Client Coordinator you are the key support for your whole team. You ensure advertising campaigns are implemented and performing to their full capacity. You are responsible for:
- Campaign Management
- Material Instructions/Creative Specs
- Trafficking (all platforms)
- Reporting
- Competitive
- General Agency Processes
You work closely with your Executive/Manager to ensure all campaigns go to market as planned and delivery is in line with booked parameters.
A Client Coordinator will also assist on pitches or new business work, as necessary.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
This is an entry level role, so the candidate MUST share Kaimera’s core values of Trust, Agility and Passion.
They are not expected to have any industry experience but will be a talented graduate with relevant education and an enthusiasm for learning.
On top of this, it is paramount the candidate has strong numeracy and organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The successful application must be able to work both, as part of a team and independently when the occasion requires.
Proven experience and confidence using Excel and PowerPoint will be highly regarded.
