AddressDental Esthetique is a busy and accredited dental practice in the heart of Subiaco offering a range of dental procedures including implants, cosmetic, sedation and family dentistry with a brand new fit out.

Due to growth and expansion at our practice we are currently seeking a Dental Receptioniston a Part Time or a Full time basis. Our newly created reception role can be supported 3 to 4 days per week, with the ability to make up full time hours across the fortnight / month. There is a requirement to also work one Saturday a month, 8am - 1pm. We are looking for a candidate that has a can do attitude.
Experience working in the dental industry is not essential, however, Dental/Medical industry experience would be highly advantageous, with exposure to Dental Assisting considered a bonus.
The position will manage all aspects of reception and front of house duties with the ability to support the clinical team from time to time.
Your responsibilities would include
- Excellent forward planning skills, including managing dental appointments, practitioner calendars, recall systems & dental emergencies
- Open, proactive, and great verbal/nonverbal communication with patients and staff, including supporting patients with general health fund & GAP enquiries
- Support the practice in maintaining and ensuring compliance towards accreditation and KPI's, including maintaining a high standard of patient engagement and feedback
- Processing & reconciling all aspects of treatments, payments, invoices and quotes.
- Daily opening and closing procedures
- Liaising with dental laboratories, health funds, government agencies & suppliers when required
- Supporting other members of the team when required
