Verity Group Australia is a provider of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). We play the central role in SDA management by bringing together the key stakeholders: Accommodation Owners, SIL Providers and Support Services, to deliver choice, independence and the best possible lifestyle for NDIS participants.
We are seeking a dynamic Client Liaison Officer to serve as the primary point of contact between our organisation and some key stakeholders, primarily property owners, builders, maintenance teams and support providers. This role requires exceptional communication skills, project coordination and administrative skills, with a focus on delivering and maintaining excellent customer service.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, particularly during the building journey (with their respective builder) and the handover process from builder to us.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage resources and processes across multiple jobs. Review and communicate timelines and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client communications and project milestones. Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained across all client interactions, promptly addressing enquiries, resolving complaints or resolving problems, and exceeding client expectations whenever possible.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to property owners and NDIS participants.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a client-facing role, ideally within the building or housing/accommodation sector
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
