Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for financial services? Our client is seeking a Client Liaison Officer to join their dynamic team. As a Client Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth credit processes, managing transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Credit Paper Preparation:

• Collaborate with consultants to prepare credit papers.
• Crafting credit paper content, including transaction purpose, deal metrics, and client history.

Credit Application Servicing:

• Sourcing financials for individuals and related entities.

Obtaining asset and liability statements.

• Completing servicing spreadsheets based on financial data and proposed debt.

Managing Approved Transactions:

• Provide ongoing support for deal management.
• Drafting conditional approval letters, noting any standard or additional credit-imposed conditions.
• Collaborating with external stakeholders (accountants, insurers, solicitors, and clients).
• Coordinating valuations for commercial property facilities.

Documentation and Settlement Management:

• Work closely with internal staff and external solicitors and clients.
• Requesting loan documents once standard conditions are met.
• Sending loan documents to clients and reviewing executed paperwork.
• Ensuring satisfaction of standard and additional conditions precedent before arranging settlement.

Post-Settlement Exceptions:

• Address outstanding documentation to meet settlement conditions.
• Collaborate with credit teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field will be highly regarded.
• Experience in credit administration, loan processing, or financial services.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
