Mountains Lawyers is a very well respected law firm based in Rockingham with a solid reputation in the areas of Commercial law, Dispute Resolution and Wills & Estates.
We are seeking a ‘people’ person as the first point of contact for our clients. This is a dynamic role which requires attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a professional but warm and friendly composure.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years client liaison or reception experience preferably in a law firm.
- Strong Customer service skills
- Exceptional Microsoft Office Skills, LEAP legal software (Preferable but not essential)
- Accurate, 50wpm minimum typing speed
Tasks & responsibilities
- Display a positive and proactive outlook when being the initial point of contact for our prospective and current clients
- Phone answering and emails
- Appointment Scheduling
- Document Management - Electronic and Paper File
- Administrative Support where directed
- Assist the Practice Manager as directed
