In this rewarding role, you'll be the bridge between clients and their dream homes. You'll provide exceptional customer service throughout the construction phase, keeping clients informed, confident, and excited during this important time.

Here's what you'll do:
 

• Be a communication champion: Regularly update clients on their build progress and answer their questions with clarity and expertise.
• Navigate the construction journey: Work closely with Site Supervisors to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Become a product pro: Consult suppliers to gain in-depth knowledge of materials and options.
• Master paperwork: Prepare necessary documentation for the site, including variations and extensions.
• Celebrate the big day: Organize and conduct key handover appointments, marking a momentous occasion for clients.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar residential construction role.
• Construction savvy: A solid understanding of the construction process.
• Contract whisperer: The ability to read and explain contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Detail-oriented: Diligence and adherence to established procedures are key.
• Problem-solver with a twist: Embrace creative thinking to find solutions when needed.
• Communication maestro: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
