Description:
Answer all incoming calls politely and professionally
Work closely with respective team leaders and escalate matters when necessary
Offer service and product information to customers as requested
Assist with quotes, creation of customer files and collating new account documentation
Transfer customer queries to sales team and generate monthly sales reports
Liaise with internal stakeholders to support process improvement
Provide exemplary customer service and problem solving assistance
Meeting and greeting visitors and accurate
Administrative support including stationary ordering, maintaining a clean and tidy office and adhoc support to the wide management team
Full customer email inbox control and management
Processing of all rejections and corrections
Profile:
As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;
Previous experience within a similar capacity
Excellent telephone manner
Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite and CRM database skills
Fantastic written and oral communication
Professional in both presentation and manner
Meticulous attention to detail
Sound skills in problem solving / conflict resolution
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Ability to organise own work priorities to meet strict deadlines
Strong Customer Service Focus
