We are currently seeking a highly driven, motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional service to join our team and be a part of our growing company.
The Client / Customer Liaison Officer role consists of being our customers main point of contact throughout the construction stage of their new home. The ideal candidate would be passionate and enthusiastic about customer service and have a keen focus for delivering the best outcomes for our clients.
This position would ideally suit a person who is in a similar position or who has been a client of a home building company and understands the process through their own experience.
You will be required to demonstrate:
- Knowledge of the residential building process (desired but not essential)
- Previous experience with customer service
- Ability to read and understand building plans
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Minimum typing speed 60 wpm with high accuracy
