Client Manager
Our financial planning business is based in Maroochydore and have been providing professional planning advice since 1999. We are looking for an experienced person for this role in a full time capacity however would consider a permanent part-time offering for the right candidate.
THE ROLE
- Implement of planning advice.
- Update and maintain CRM applications such as Xplan & Worksorted;
- Diary management of Financial Planners.
- Be efficient at answering all client queries via phone/email/in person.
- Assisting clients with regular service work.
- Preparation of pre-appointment packs.
- FP compliance obligations (audit checks)
- Research and collation of external provider information.
- Background in end-to-end mortgage broking processing advantageous yet not essential
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Ability to prioritise.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve.
- Previous experience in CRM applications such as Xplan & Worksorted.
- IT competency, with particular emphasis on Xplan & Office 365;
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of back office workflow;
